"The city of Bensheim and the property owner of the Neumarkt Center jointly invited us to an information event at the Community Center. Barbara Ettinger-Brinckmann, former president of the Federal Chamber of Architects, led around 60 citizens through the evening. First, developer Murat Karakaya from Blackrock Real Estate GmbH in Darmstadt introduced himself and his consulting team: Bedrettin Altay and Jan Schmidt of NOYA Generalplanung & Projektmanagement from Frankfurt, and Gerd-Friedrich Huck."
